Team Building
None of us are as smart as all of us
I have a number of team building exercise that I have used over many years in both hockey and the business world. These activities are fun, easy, require limited instruction and no intense props/tools. They are also activities that can be done right in your building. These exercises are not only good team building activities, but a great way to start regular staff meetings to break up the monotony. We will need a spacious room with banquet style round tables.

Three talks combined in one. First we look at objectives of leadership and why being a transformational leader is better than being a transactional leader. Then we look at assembling teams/staff to play to and maximize their strengths. Finally, we use the formula of communication, relationships and resources to have successful outcomes.
